Mr. James M Gordon has over 20 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, joint ventures, restructuring, and performance improvement, as well as leading regional and global initiatives valued between $20M to over $1B. He has consulted for a wide range of clients, including CEOs, family offices, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 companies. His industry and subject matter expertise includes technology integration, business analytics, process optimization, communications, and logistics. Throughout his career he has brought together teams of highly skilled industry professionals to support various acquisitions with organizations, including US news and World Report, UNCF Special Programs, and the successful launch of the MSI Stem Research & Development Consortium. 

Mr. Gordon has also been involved in the development of successful education projects in Canada, India, China, throughout Africa, South America and Caribbean. Prior to joining CULTIVA James Gordon provided growth-based solutions in technology for industry and federal government, supporting clients such as Veterans Affairs, IBM, and USDA working in the UK and Australia

Mr. Myers joined CULTIVA Global Solutions in 2015 as Chief Legal Officer and Partner, in addition to serving as the Director of Business Development & Analyics Division. He has a unique combination of a Juris Doctorate and Masters Degree in International Business Administration with over 20 years experience as a business consultant, corporate litigator, and university professor 

As a litigator, Mr. Myers handled many complex cases for many of America’s largest financial institutions, including Bank Of America and Goldman Sachs. His role quickly evolved into that of a high-level business advisor and strategist.

She began her career in the public sector transitioning to the private sector as the COO/President of a national employee benefits firm and has continued in this sector working with over 300 global enterprise and governmental agencies throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico and Nepal.  She is a sought-after public speaker /trainer, strategist, and business developer having managed accounts, projects and businesses ranging in size and scope (150,000 – 180Million).
