In a bid to enhance operational efficiency and leadership capabilities, the USDA Forest Service National Partnership Office (NPO) partnered with CULTIVA Global Solutions to provide strategic business management support services. This collaboration focused on workforce development and individual management coaching, tailored to empower the Forest Service team and modernize their operational processes.
