Various State of Virginia Universities have identified the need to strategically source a partner to identify, manage, and nurture international school partnership development and international recruitment needs. CULTIVA engaged the leadership team to leverage its resources in China for development of international partnerships and student recruitment for University Mary Washington.
CULTIVA provided a support structure to identify the programs most desirable to international students, developed an execution plan that partnered with local high schools and education centers in the targeted areas and provided a quick response time for all student inquiries. Once students were applied to the University of Mary Washington, the CULTIVA team worked with the admissions team to make sure that all of the students interests were being reflected in the student applications received and provided responses to the students families on the statuses of the application process.
Once students were approved into the University, the CULTIVA team worked with the students through their entire collegiate career, by supporting the cultural transitions, internship support, and resources for job placement support.
